I would think that claiming less W4 allowances might be recommended by the tax professionals so that more tax is taken off each paycheque but in the end that one obtains a sizeable refund and also knows that more tax won't have to be paid at tax time.

Many tax professionals and advisors recommend adjusting your W4 allowance so that THE TAX PAYMENT WILL EXACTLY MATCH ONE'S TAX LIABILITY.
Over payment and under payment of tax liability usually occur to people as a result of the number of withholding which they claim. Experts suggest adjusting the number of  one' s withholding in order t avoid over or underpayment of tax.

James Stillman is an investment adviser representative with Rock, Feller, and Standard (RFS), a covered adviser with its princip
liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

Stillman should register as an investment adviser representative in state P.

Explanation:

Investment adviser representatives (IARs) must necessarily register in the state that they work in. In this case, Rock, Feller, and Standard (RFS) must be registered in all the states where it has offices functioning, but Stillman only needs to register in the state where his office is. If Stillman worked half year in state P and the other half in state M, then he would need to register in both states. But since this is not the case, then registering in state P should be enough.

aev [14]

Answer:

the allowance for doubtful account balance is $28,000

Explanation:

The computation of the allowance for doubtful account balance is given below:

Allowance for Doubtful Doubts Balance

= Beg Balance + Bad Debt Expense - Accounts written off

= $18,000 + (2% of $1,500,000) - $20,000

= $18,000 + $30,000 - $20,000

Mike, a minor, buys some real estate as an investment. The contract obligates Mike to make monthly installment payments for 10 y
yawa3891 [41]

Answer: d. mike cannot disaffirm because he has already ratified the contract

Explanation:

When signing deals it's important to consider long term, this helps to make the best decision in any and most scenario. Most deals signed too cannot be reversed or change or adjusted because it'll affect the policy of the organization and won't be health for them. Mike has agreed to buy a property through a spread payment plan, changing the deal now after some years will not be possible as it distorts the plan intially agreed and goes against the policy of the organization selling the home.
