It is Chavez’s dream to see farm workers be treated fairly as human beings.
Explanation:
Cesar E. Chavez works hard to bring better life for farm workers. He wanted farm workers to be treated as human beings.
Many people involved in the farm work were under savage condition. They lived under trees, near garbage and near tomato fields. They don’t have proper shelter; vicious rats disturb them during their sleep. They walk long distance to purchase their foods at inflated prices. Farm workers worked for long hours and their life expectancy was also reduced.
Chavez wants the farm workers to be treated as humans and not as beasts.

Henry Ford first used what was common in other industrial factories in his own. He created a perfect assembly line where a car was manufactured in just under 90 minutes instead of the usual 13 hours. This perfection in manufacturing meant that no time was to go wasted, this meant that workers were a psrt of a single aspect in the assembly line instead of doing 2 or 3 jobs within production. He created a complex system of trolleys and slides that helped with this purpose of maximizing efficiency. The mass production meant that they could sell more cars and keep their prices down and increasing profits at the same time. He created cars not only with mass production in mind but also with mass consumption. Henry Ford wanted everybody to own a car, not just the little upper rich class.

the illegal drug trade. He also refused
to step down after losing the elections even when Bush told to do so. Incidents where U.S. Navy officers were fired
upon by the PDF and an American officer and his wife where detained and assaulted
prompted President Bush to invade Panama and captured Noriega.
