A way you determining your fitness level is trying to do a Full Sprint Run or holding your breath for as long as you can. Like that you can determine your cardiovascular capacity and lung capacity. To improving your fitness levels you should go swimming, jogging and, of course, a balanced diet.

Answer: One thing you could do to test your cardiovascular quality is that, you can do a complete sprint run. To help improve your wellness levels you can swim, run/jog, body weight works out, and a decent eating regimen.
