In order for us to know how many wreath will be made, we'll divide the fraction to the total length of the ribbon.

= 6.5 / 1 1/3
= 6 1/2 / 4/3
= 13/2  * 3/4
= 39 / 8
= 4.875

So, there are 4 bows or wreath can be made.
