We have been asked to find

In which quadrant does the terminal side of the angle 257° lie?

As we know that in the first Quadrant angle is from 0 to 90

In the second Quadrant angle is from 90 to 180

In the third Quadrant angle is from 180 to 270.

In the fourth Quadrant angle is from 270 to 360.

Hence the angle 257 will lie in the third Quadrant.

notsponge [240]

Answer:

t_{n}=t_{n-1}+t_{n-2} +t_{n-4}

Step-by-step explanation:

t_{n}=multiple ways to climb a tower

When n = 1,

tower= 1 cm

t_{1}= 1

When n = 2,

tower =2 cm

t_{2}= 2

When n = 3,

tower = 3 cm

it can be build if we use three 1 cm blocks

t_{3} = 3

When n = 4,

tower= 4 cm

it can be build if we use four 1 cm blocks

t_{4} = 6

When n > 5

tower height > 4 cm

so we can use 1 cm, 2 cm and 4 cm blocks

so in that case if our last move is 1 cm block then t_{n-1} will be

n —1 cm

if our last move is 2 cm block then t_{n-2} will be

n —2 cm

if our last move is 4 cm block then t_{n-4} will be

n —4 cm

t_{n}=t_{n-1}+t_{n-2} +t_{n-4}

OlgaM077 [116]

Answer: c=5.4

The two roots are 3/5 and 9/5

Step-by-step explanation:

assume 5x2−12x c=0 is supposed to be 5x^2 - 12x + c = 0

p = (12 + sqrt(144-20c))/10

q = (12 - sqrt(144-20c))/10

p-3q=0,

1.2 + 0.1sqrt(144-20c) +

-3.6 + 0.3sqrt(144-20c) = 0

-2.4 + 0.4sqrt(144-20c) +2.4 = 2.4

sqrt(144-20c) = 2.4/0.4 = 6

144-20c=36

144-36=20c

c = 108/20 = 5.4

5x^2-12x+5.4=0

x = 3/5 or x = 9/5
