what kind of atem celll can only develop into cells that are closely related to the original stem cell
Yanka [14]

Multipotent cell is a kind of atem cell that can only develop into cells that are closely related to the original stem cell.

Explanation:

Our body contains stem cells which help to regenerate or repair a particular cell or tissue during the time of need. There are different types of stem cells which provide as a life saver to the individuals to recreate the tampered organ or tissue.

The multipotent cells unlike other stem cells have specific functions only. They can develop into cells that are closely related to the original stem cell. On stimuli a multipotent blood stem cell can give rice to related cells but cannot produce a neuron or other kind of cells. Hence multipotent cells are mainly used in transplantation.
