Yes, anyone can and if you don't understand the concept of being hoax go to google and look it up. the sound and video make people more inclined to a hoax because everyone loves funny things (opinion) but most people do (fact) would u want to laugh? Or just be down all day? the answer is because of most people like funny things. :)
