Why does math have to be so hard hellp me
AlekseyPX

Answer:

g= 4

Step-by-step explanation:

first, you want to subtract 36 from both sides of the equation to get rid of that and the plus sign, and get 6g by itself so that would be -6g=-24. then, you want to divide -6 from both sides, so you get g=4 as your answer. and I promise you that it's not so hard once you get the hang of it.

What is the definition of property of equality
AnnZ [28]

Answer: Addition property of equality, Subtraction property of equality, Multiplication property of equality, and Division property of equality.

Step-by-step explanation:

Addition property of equality is adding the same number to both sides of an equation does not change the equation.

a+c=b+c

Example: t-6=13

add 6 both sides of an equation.

t-6+6=13+6

answer: t=19

________________________________________________________

Subtraction property of equality is subtracting the same number from both sides of an equation does not change the equation.

a-c=b-c

11=x+5

switch sides of equation

x+5=11

subtract by 5 both sides of an equation.

x+5-5=11=5

answer: x=6

___________________________________________________________

Multiplication property of equality is multiplying both sides of an equation by the same number does not change the equation.

a*c=b*c

t/5=3

example:

5/1*t/5=3*5

then multiply on the right side.

t=3*5

answer: t=15

______________________________________________________

Division property of equality is dividing both sides of an equation by the same non-zero number does not change the equation.

a/c=b/c for c≠0

10a/10=130/10

divide by 10 both sides of an equation.

10a/10=130/10

simplify.

130/10=13

answer: a=13

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

What is y+5x=6; x= -1,0,1
ExtremeBDS [4]
Y + 5x = 6

y + 5(-1) = 6
y + (-5) = 6
y - 5 = 6
y - 5 (+5) = 6 (+5)
y = 11
when x = - 1, y = 11

y + 5(0) = 6
y + 0 = 6
y + 0 (-0) = 6 (-0)
y = 6
when x = 0, y = 6

y + 5(1) = 6
y + 5 = 6
y + 5 (-5) = 6 (-5)
y = 1
when x = 1, y = 1

hope this helps
