What does a roller coaster have to do with science and energy

Physics

A roller coaster has to do with energy is a simple factor. I don't remember the names for it but here's a hint. There's about three ways for it to happen. Energy builds up when a object is not in motion. So thus when it is in motion (when the roller coaster goes down) it creates energy and force which helps pule the roller coaster down in speed.

I really hope this helps

Feliz [49]

Answer:

0.331m

Explanation:

wave equation: v=f λ

v=30000m/s

f=90500 Hz

λ= \frac{v}{f}

λ= \frac{30000}{90500}

λ= 0.311m

Pot holder should have high insulation and low _____.
kipiarov [429]

Potholder should have high insulation and low conductivity, therefore the correct answer is the option B

What is insulation?

Insulation is a type of material used to create barriers to the transmission of the form of energy which either is in form of heat or electricity.

For outdoor trips in cold weather, several thin layers act as better insulating barriers for heat transfer.

The ability of an electric charge or heat to pass through a material is measured by its conductivity. A material is considered a conductor if it offers very little resistance to the flow of thermal or electric energy.

Thus, Potholders should be highly insulated and have low conductivity, therefore the correct answer is the option B

A 30000 grams boy is riding a merry-go-round with a radius of 600 cm. What is the centripetal force and acceleration on the boy
irga5000 [103]

Answer:

centripetal force is calculated by mass(kg) × tangetial velocity(m/s) ÷ radius (m)

Explanation:

so 30000g= 30kg

50km/h = 13.88m/s

600cm= 6m

30×13.88÷6= 69.4N

N= Newton's

hope this helps.

btw I'm 16 and love physics so I tried my best in this hope it went well!!
