I can't sleep because i'm too excited! help? I have a huge volleyball game at 9:00 i have to get up at 7:00 and its 1:42 am here

. i need to sleep...how do i? please no medicn or warm milk, baths and tea. i cant let my parents know im awake. they sent me to bed at 10.
