Answer: That is false. Only forty something countries use the death penalty today and most of them are not developed. Mose developed countries and even some undeveloped countries realize that the death penalty is barbaric and is a violation of human rights and have consequently abolished it. For example, only one country in the European Union uses the death penalty and the death penalty will soon be abolished in that country.
