The contract may be voidable, because it was formed as a result of undue influence.

Undue influence exists where an agreement has been entered because of weight which misses the mark regarding adding up to coercion, the gathering subject to the weight may have a reason for activity in value to have the agreement put aside on the grounds of undue impact. Undue impact works where there exists a connection between the gatherings which hosts been misused by one get-together to pick up an out of line advantage.
