The communication process is made up of three basic steps, which are creation of message, the sending or the delivery of the message and the receiving of the response from the recipient of the message.
Creation of the message in communication process involves putting together of the information we want to pass across.
Sending involves transporting the message to the recipient through appropriate medium.
The recipient of the message usually respond to the message that they received, they do this by sending a reply to the originator of the message.<span />
