External influences are the stimuli we receive from the environment in which we find ourselves. That is, it is the books we read, what we watch, the people we talk to, what we live in, and the experiences we get from it. Regarding experiences, we can say that they directly influence the level of physical activity of an individual. This is because good experiences with a particular type of exercise will influence the individual to increase the level of physical activity, while bad experiences will have the opposite effect.
