The most common problem that affects the urinary system organs is a urinary tract infection. It can be caused by many things. The most simple cause of the UTI is not drinking enough water. Although UTIs are very simple to identify, they can also be mistaken for other disorders. An ordinary symptom of a UTI is burning while urinating. If there is blood, a person might have cystitis, which is an infection of the bladder. UTIs can also be mistaken for urethritis. It has all the same symptoms of a UTI, but it caused by a sexually transmitted infection.
What makes people healthy can be the type of food they eat such as salad, vegetables and other foods. What makes people unhealthy is when they eat junk food or they eat fast food everyday. I am not saying that to offend anyone. It is just how their parents feed their children to eat the right food to live a healthy lifestyle. It is not only that people are healthy physically. It is also by trusting God with all of your heart. If you don't believe in God, that's okay. Other people exercise so they can lose weight. That is how people can people can be healthy and how people are unhealthy. I am not too sure how to explain the second question but I hope this answer helps you :)
