<span>Alternative means it's an alternative to real medicine. Alternative is just useless and is not a real treatment
complementary means it's snake oil along with actual treatment and with real medicine.
And as for Integrative it means it's trying to blur the 2 "Alternative", and "Complementary"  together to further hide the fact that the alternative is totally worthless and has no treatment at all </span>
