Pretty reactive. alkali metals - 1 valance electron, extremely reactive. Bad choice, going from lower reactivity to higher reactivity. Wrong answer. 4. Transition metals, noble gases, halogen Transition metals - Middle of periodic table, average reactivity. noble gases - Full valance shells, non-reactive. halogen - Missing 1 electron from their valance shells. Neon is a noble gas and also a stable element . it is odorless and colorless . so it is nonreactive . so it doesn't form bond with fluorine .
