Rita carrying a pepper spray in her handbag is trying to fullfill SAFETY NEEDS according to maslow's hierarchy of needs. Safety needs are protection from elements, security, order, law and stability. This law is an actual fact because people are rational and in need of protection.

What are the characteristics of SMART goals? Ryan is overweight and decides to lose ten pounds in a week. He decides to run five
Zepler [3.9K]

Hello!! Personally, I would say that his goal is achievable, meaning he could achieve it, but it's simply not realistic. Losing 10 lbs in a week is dangerous to the body, since it is that quickly, therefore I would say that it is not realistic.

I hope I have helped. Have a great night and a Happy New Year!!

How much sleep is recommended for 12- to 18- year-olds
artcher [175]
Hello,

The answer would be about "8-9 hours of sleep per day".

Reason:

At that age the body is growing therefore the body would need more energy to grow so thats why the amount of sleep would increase because adults, and teenagers would be into more physical activities and work that would drain his or her energy therefore they should get to 8-9 hours of sleep in order to last the person the whole day.

If you need anymore help feel free to ask me!

Hope this helps!
