Answer:

see below

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference of circle = 2πr =dπ

Area of circle =πr²

1) Circle1 d =4 in, r =2 in

Circumference of circle1 =4π in

Area of circle1 = 2²π =4π in²

2) Circle2: d =3 in, r =1.5 in

Circumference of circle2 =3π in

Area of circle2 = 1.5²π =2.25π in²

3)  Circle3:  r =1 in, d =2 in

Circumference of circle3 =2π in

Area of circle3 = 1²π =π in²

4) Circle4:  r =2 1/2 in = 2.5 in, d =5 in

Circumference of circle4 =5π in

Area of circle4 = 2.5²π = 6.25π in²

5) 2/3 of the Area of circle1 = (2/3)*4π in²= (8/3)π in²

6) 1/2  of the Area of circle2 = (1/2)*2.25π in² = (1/2)*(9/4)π in² = (9/8)π in²

7) 1/4  of the Area of circle3 = (1/4)π in²

8) 1/3  of the Area of circle4 = (1/3)* 6.25π in² =(1/3)*(25/4)π in² = (25/12)π in²

( x_{2} , y_{2} )

rate of change or slope m = \frac{y_{2} -y_{1} }{x_{2} -x_{1} } = \frac{rise}{run}

y = mx + b

Will give brainliest
ehidna [41]

Answer:

25.047 or roughly 25.

Step-by-step explanation:

I solved it wrong the first time then i double check with wolframalpha and got the correct number.

We know that the area of the tile is 18 \sqrt{3} and it makes a triangle, we also know the base and height. In this case the base is 2\sqrt{3}^{x/12} and the height is also given which is \sqrt{3}^{\frac{x}{6} }.

Area of triangle = \frac{bh}{2},

substituting we will end up with  18 \sqrt{3}  =( 2\sqrt{3}^{x/12}  *  \sqrt{3}^{\frac{x}{6} }) / 2

Here is the tricky part \sqrt{x} = x^{\frac{1}{2} }, i totally forgot about that lol.

Simplifying: we will get  18 \sqrt{3} = 3^{\frac{x}{8} }

Now, in order to find the x, we will need to take the log of both sides.

log18\sqrt{3}  = \frac{x}{8} log3

Solving for x we end up getting:

8\frac{log18\sqrt{3} }{log3} = x

where x = 25.047.

To be honest I deserve a nobel prize not a brainliest lol.

Good question bro, take it easy.

Jerome has 1/4 of the group's video games at his house. Mario has 2/5 of the video games at his house. what fraction of the grou
serious [3.7K]

Answer: 13/20 of the video games at both of their houses.

Step-by-step explanation: The equation is 1/4 + 2/5. You need to find their common denominator which is 20, so the equation is now 5/20 + 8/20 = 13/20, which can't be simplified.
