Jonathan has leukemia, which is a cancer of the blood. People with leukemia have white blood cells that grow and divide rapidly.

These abnormal cells crowd out healthy red blood cells. What can the lymphatic system do to help Jonathan's body fight this cancer?

I would say bicycling because jogging and jumping jacks can be bad on your knees because of the impact. Biking is pretty smooth though and wouldn't have much of an impact. Hope this helps :)

Well, you have two options, either throw up now and not worry about it later (this relieves pain too), otherwise, just drink something and have something to eat.  Don't try anything too sugary like one of those Starbucks unicorn drinks (I don't know if they still exist but hey, just a warning!).  Try a soda or just plain water.  For something to eat, try a corndog or something that you like.  Most people like pizza, so try a nice greasy pizza!
