What does -including but not limited to- mean? My school handbook is saying this about dress code: (including but not limited to tank tops, spaghetti straps, halter tops, low-cut tops, midriffs, inappropriate holes, and short shorts/skirts) What does this mean?

It means "These are on the list, but they're not the only ones; there are others too."
