1. Positive self-talk: If you keep telling yourself you're no good, you might just start believing it, even though it's not true.

2. Movement & Exercise: Moving your body helps to improve your mood.

There are more ways you can help your self-esteem. But you say only two ways.

because tear and sprain is when you over do something involving that muscle and/or misuse it. and cramp is just something that happens and you cant really control.
