The probability that the first drawn card is red:

P(A) = 26/52

Without replacement, the probability that the second drawn card is red:

P(B) = 25/51

Then, this dependent probability is calculated by:

P = P(A) x P(B) = (26/52) x (25/51) = 25/102 = 0.245 = 24.5%
