A unitary government exerises power from a central headquarter. The institution representing the government is located in one geographical place and from there the government controls the rest of the country . Therefore, the other parts of the country cannot make any decision without consulting the central government first, which makes this type of organisation centralised.
In the Bible, God states that anyone one who seeks to foresee or gain insight into a question or situation by way of an occultic ritual is repugnant to Him.
It could possible be ironic because the rest of the world was technically already "discovered", but just not by the Europeans specifically. Therefore it is ironic, simply because they are Naive
