The two state solution was that Israel and Palestine would coexist as two countries. Palestine did not and does not like this idea. Israel has accepted it and would live with a Palestinian state. However, Palestine has said it will never recognize Israel. Palestine hates Israel and the Jews. People around the world are hopeful that the two state solution will work one day. It is unlikely unless Palestine will agree to allow Israel to exist.
