Find the pattern: 5, 6, 7 is skipped, 8, 9, 10 is skipped, 11, 12, 13 is skipped, 14, 15, 16 is skipped, 17, 18, so 19 would be skipped. The answer would be 20 and 21.

As for the next problem, it's best if you work backwards and repeat the same method.
The answer would be 2 and 3.

Answer:

$1017.19

Step-by-step explanation:

First find the fraction of how much of Paulo's money is spent on his rent and car. Add 1/4 and 1/8, which is 3/8 because 1/4 = 2/8. Then multiply 3/8 by Paulo's monthly spending, which is $2712.50. Multiplying those numbers will get you $1017.1875. which you have to round up to $1017.19 because you can't spend three quarters of a cent.

Deffense [45]

Answer: 256 CAD

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi, to answer this question we simply have to multiply the price in US dollars of the iphone (320) and multiply it by 0.80 ( Canadian dollar to US dollar exchange rate)

Mathematically speaking:

Since:

$1 US = 0.80 CAD

$320 x0.80 = 256 CAD

Determine whether the table represents a linear, quadratic, or exponential function?
FrozenT [24]

Answer:

Linear

Step-by-step explanation:

For every step in x, the y values increase by 4 each time, making it a linear function, since the change in y is constant.

“the perimeter of the rectangle below is 90 units. find the length of side PS. write your answer without variables.”
Rzqust [24]

Answer:

19

Step-by-step explanation:

The opposite sides are equal, so:

PS = 3y+1

RS = 4y+2

QR = 3y+1

PQ = 4y+2

Therefore, we can set the perimeter 90 = PS+RS+QR+PQ

90 = (3y+1) + (4y+2) + (3y+1) + (4y+2), or,

90 = 2(3y+1) + 2(4y+2)

90 = 6y+2 + 8y+4

90 = 14y + 6

84 = 14y

y = 6

Then, we go back to the question. It's asking for the length of PS. PS = 3y+1, so we plug in 6 for y

3(6)+1

18 + 1 = <u>19</u>
