Arc length (s) = radius (r) x θ (in radians)

First, convert 66° into radians using the proportion π = 180°
\frac{ \pi}{180} =  \frac{x}{66}
\frac{66 \pi }{180} = x
\frac{11 \pi }{30} = x

s = r θ
  = 17 (\frac{11 \pi }{30})
  = \frac{187 \pi }{30}

Answer: \frac{187 \pi }{30} ≈ 19.6 cm

Circumference = 2*17 pi = 34pi cms

length of s = (66/360) * 34 pi  =  6.233 pi  =   19.58 cm to nearest hundredth

Find (-21)+(-13)+20.
Fed [463]

Answer:

14

Step-by-step explanation:

-21+-13+20=14

This is true because when subtracting negatives by negatives you pretty much add them and then when you add a positive to a negative you are technically removing the negative by the amount you are adding.

In short its kind of like using inverse operation in a way.

Hope this helps and have a nice day

Also may I please have a brainliest!!!

Phythagorean theorem help me plsss
marysya [2.9K]

Answer:

5

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that a^2+b^2=c^2 from the Pythagorean theorem   where a and b are the legs and c is the hypotenuse

4^2+3^2 = c^2

16+9 = c^2

25 = c^2

Taking the square root of each side

sqrt(25) = sqrt(c^2)

5 =c
