During World War II, German's aggression happened mostly in Europe and Africa while Japan's aggression was in Asia and the Pacific Islands. German warfare was ground actions when many of Japan's battles were fought by ships in seas. German was defeated by the joint forces of the Allied and Soviets. Japan surrendered after US dropped two atomic bombs.
