B:150g
The reason why is because, when using units! I usually do a little trick I call King Henry.

King Henry Doesn't Usually Drink Chocolate Milk.
So, Usually means grams and King is kilograms..Finally you do multiplication and that is moving grams up by 100 and that is how you get an answer of 150g.

Your answer would be 1500g since there are 1000 grams in a kilogram.

Brief Explanation.

For every 1 kilogram there's 1000 grams
so if you were to have 1.5 kilograms you'd have
1,500 grams.
500 is half of 1000 so if you have a .5 you'd have 500 grams
which you would then add 500 to 1000 which would result in your answer
of 1500

Which of the following describes how to translate the graph y = |x| to obtain the graph of y = |x - 6|?. . . shift 6 units up. s
s2008m [1.1K]

Answer:

Shift 6 units right.

Step-by-step explanation:

Easiest way to answer this question is to plot the two graphs:

Let's plot these graphs and analyse each graph.

Lets take the graph of y=|x| that is attached.

We can clearly see that graph intersects x axis at x=0 and then essentially looks like y=x is mirrored by the y axis.

Now when we look at the y=|x-6| that is attached,

We can see that graph intersects x axis at x=6 and is a composite graph of y=|x-6| and its mirrored graph by y=6.

We can clearly see that graph has moved 6 units to the right.

Find the remainder when 129 + 1924 is divided by 10.
ZanzabumX [31]
Hey!

Alright let's solve the first part of the equation which is 129 + 1924. All we have to do is add it so we find the answer to it.

129 + 1924 = 2,053

Now the next step to solving this would be to simply divide it by 10.

2,053 ÷ 10 = 205 R.3

See the image below to see how it's done.

So, this means that when 129 + 1924 is divided by 10 is 205 R. 3

Hope this helps!
