Answer:

He caught 392 fish last month.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you do how many fish (28) he caught each time multiplied by how many times, you get 14. So do 14x28=392 fish last month.

Answer: Choice A) An economic theory that is shared by the discipline of Psychology

Through the research I've found so far, the articles mention that economic choices have a psychological link. This is because economics is basically the study of human psychology (more or less) in terms of how to allocate resources and how best to use them. The law of diminishing marginal utility is basically the idea where the concept "more is always better" is simply not true. An example would be that you are at a restaurant and there's an endless buffet. The food isn't infinite and neither is the capacity of your stomach. After a certain point, you'll find that eating another burger isn't as satisfying as eating the first few burgers. You can think of it as a graph where the curve may start with a sharp increase, but eventually it levels off.

Side note: The term "affective habituation" may be used in psychology textbooks as something very similar to the law of diminishing marginal utility.

what do you do before adding the equation so that one variable will be eliminated when you dd them 2x-4y=5 and 6x-3y=10
Naddika [18.5K]
We have a system of equations 2x - 4y = 5 and 6x - 3y = 10.
We want to eliminate one variable when we add up the equations.

If we want to eliminate the x variable, we need to multiply the top, bottom or both of the equations with a number that when the equations are added together will eliminate the x variable.

Multiply the top equation by -3.

-3(2x - 4y) = 5 * -3
-6x + 12y = -15

Now when we add the two equations together, the x's will be eliminated.

-6x + 12y = -15
6x + 6y = 10
18y = -5

The x's were eliminated.

Jim pays $75 per month for a cell phone plan plus $0.30 per minuet beyond the first 1000 minuets. Write an equation for the cost
Veseljchak [2.6K]
Let x be the number of minutes Jim used
105.60 = 75+0.30(x−1000)
105.60=75+0.30x−300
105.60=0.30x−225
1056=3x−2250
1056+2250=3x
3306=3x
x=1102

Maria, Hans, and Dan have a total of $95 in their wallets. Dan has 3 times what Hans has. Hans has $10 more than Maria. How much
mr Goodwill [35]
It looks like everyone's amount of money is based on Maria's amount of money.  Let's say Maria is M, Hans is H and Dan is D.  Maria has M amount of money.  If Hans has 10 more than Maria, he has M+10.  If Dan has 3 times what Hans has and Hans has (M+10), then Dan has 3(M+10) which is 3M+30.  Altogether they have 95 dollars.  So we will add up what they have and set it equal to 95.  M+10+M+30+3M=95.  That simplifies to 5M+40=95 and 5M=55.  Therefore, Maria has 11 dollars.  Hans has 10+11=21, and Dan has 3(21)=63.  11+21+63=95
