Answer: the employee should do all of the above EXCEPT tolerate it if the harasser is a manager.

Explanation: sexual harrassment is a type of harassment behaviour characterized by the making of unwelcome and/or inappropriate remarks or physical advances in a workplace with implicit or explicit sexual overtones. This is a form of illegal employment discrimination.

Title VII is a federal law which prohibits any form of discrimination in the workplace and while this is the basis of all sexual harrassment claims, many states have sexual harrassment laws which are even stricter. The employer or manager has to take seriously all claims of sexual harrassment and are not exempt if the complaints are against them.

As well as all options except the first, the claimant should document as much as possible all things pertaining to the harassment such as where, when and how.

What aspect of the roaring twenties do you think changed society
Lady bird [3.3K]

The evolution of social mores in the 1920s is probably one of the most impactful aspect of the Roaring 20s.

While these changes were primarily centered in the urban areas of the United States, they allowed people to begin to move past restrictive Protestant moral values and move to a more open society.

This was done in combination with the explosion of cultural contributions made by African-Americans, centered around the Harlem Renaissance.
