The answer is 12,000

To solve this question, you have to find the least common multiple of the three promotional prizes. The factor of 500, 800 and 1200 would be:

500= 2*2*5*5*5= 2^2 * 5^3

800= 2*2*2*2*2*5*5= 2^5 * 5^2

1200= 2*2*2*2*3*5*5= 2^4 * 3 *5^2

The LCM of those three number would be: 2^5 * 3 * 5^3= 12,000

The world record for the men's 4 X 400-meter relay race is 2:54.29,
Arte-miy333 [17]

Answer:

A is b/c the 2 minutes and 54 seconds are 174 seconds and the .29 also gets carried over, so it is 174.29. (You are converting minutes to seconds [60 seconds=1 minute])

B the average time of the four runners would be 43.5725 seconds, b/c 174.29/4=43.5725

If ABCD (shown below) is a parallelogram, what is the measure of angle ABC?
yarga [219]

Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

 • From the property of parallelogram the opposite angels are equal so < DAB = < DCB so < DAB will become 16x.

9x + 5 + 16x(<DAB) = 180 ....... because it is straight line.

25x + 5 = 180

25x = 180 - 5

25x = 175

\frac{25x}{25} = \frac{175}{25}

x = 7

 • now let's substitute in the angle < DCB( 16x):-16 × 7= 112
 • To get < ABC lets use the property of parallelogram which says tha adjacent angles are supplementary. which means <ABC + <DCB = 180

<ABC + 112 = 180

< ABC = 180 - 112

< ABC = 68

IT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN WITH PHONE BUT I TRIED MY BEST

hope it helps

Which of these figures has rotational symmetry
Umnica [9.8K]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

 A

Step-by-step explanation:

The parallelogram has rotational symmetry of degree 2. It looks the same after rotation by 180°.

_____

Additional comment

When a figure only looks like itself after a full rotation of 360°, it is said to have rotational symmetry of degree 1. All of the figures here will return to their original appearance after one 360° rotation. So, we assume the intent of the question is to identify figures with a rotational symmetry of degree greater than 1.
