Write 5 paragraph essay about what ways does transformation play a role in stories meant to scare us and include a narrative dim
Furkat [3]

Answer:

Have you ever read a scary story or seen a scary movie where someone or something changed or transformed? Any of Edgar Allan Poe's tales, from “Annabelle” to “The Fall of the House of Usher,” feature a transformation. Rapper Hopsin claims that one of the reasons people dislike change is that they have grown accustomed to their current surroundings, including their friends and the neighborhood where they live, and even if those surroundings are not perfect, they are familiar. Transformative events, such as someone becoming a monster, or an event happening to someone else, can be scary because the familiar becomes the unknown or the unfamiliar. Is there any movie where a ghost or spirit teleports or disappears entirely? In James Wan's “The Conjuring,” the spirit that possesses the mother and her children is unknown, as is the reason for its aggressiveness. Neither you nor anyone else knows when the rage will begin nor when it will end. Even though the film is based on a true story, you never know when or who will be possessed by the spirit, which makes it even scarier. This is a scary transformation, but so is the sister being locked in the Usher House's basement. As the narrator and Roderick go to bed one night, they take Roderick's sister to the basement/dungeon and bury her in a sealed coffin before locking the cell door and going about their business. In the story, Roderick goes insane and screams “Madman!” She bursts in and pounces on her brother Roderick, scaring him and his sister to death. Even though she was skin and bones and had not eaten in a long time, Roderick was so terrified of her that when she leapt on his chest, it caused him to have a heart attack. She died because of her starvation and thirst, as well as the fact that she was already in poor health. There was no food or water, so she changed over time. Her brother had a heart attack because he did not know what to do. My little sister was watching Face Off on Syfy when she saw a stranger transform into a monster or character. She was terrified and ran to her room. After seeing it for the first time, I was awestruck by how real it looked, but my sister did not like the transformation from human to fake monster. Transformation can be scary, but it can also be exciting overall, so it all depends on how you approach it.

liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

Feldman reaches the conclusion that most people are honest without receiving an incentive by

studying a counterclaim about morality and arriving at a broad generalization.

Explanation:

A researcher can reach a conclusion that most people are honest after studying a counterclaim about morality.  He can then arrive at a broad generalization.

A counterclaim is the opposite of an argument, or simply, the opposing argument.  A counterclaim research is one undertaken to establish that the opposite of a research situation prevails.  It is a claim made against a situation or an established position in order to rebut the claimed position.

In this instance, Glaucon had taken a position that no man could resist the temptation of evil if he knew his acts could not be witnessed or dictated.  For Feldman to contradict this claim, with a conclusion that 87% of the time, a man could resist the temptation of evil even if he knew his acts could not be witnessed or dictated because he had become invisible, it means that he had researched the counterclaim.

This photograph shows the Statue of Liberty.
anyanavicka [17]

Answer:

The image supports "It was designed so any stress was shifted to the steel supports inside – although the sea air did turn the copper surface to a soft green tarnish."

Explanation:

The image supports this because the image is showing what the Statue of Liberty looks like and the quotation from Lady Liberty above, shows the cause for the Statue of Liberty turning green and how the arm can be fully extended without having the risk of falling.
