It depends on your weight. The formula is your weight times .75 and that gets your calories burned when you run a mile.

The answer is "100 calories".

Reason:
If you run a mile you will approximately burn 100 calories.  

1 mile=100 calories  
2 mile=200 calories
3 mile=300 calories
etc...
