The basketball player made 25%. I found this by dividing 13 by 52 and then moving the decimal point over.

Point A has the coordinates (3 - 7). Find the coordinates of A', the image of A after it has been translated left 4 units and do
TiliK225 [7]

Answer:  (-1,-9)

Step-by-step explanation:

If a point is translate up or down  it means your using the y coordinate an if a point is translated left or right your using the x coordinate.

So the x coordinate is  3  and is translated  to the left by 4 units so is moving back by 4 .

3-4 = -1

The y coordinate is -7  and is also translated down by 2 units so it is also decreasing.

-7 -2 = -9

so the image is  (-1,-9)

A line includes the points (10,-5) and (-10,-1). What is the equation in slope intercept form?
Elodia [21]

\bf (\stackrel{x_1}{10}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{-5})\qquad (\stackrel{x_2}{-10}~,~\stackrel{y_2}{-1}) \\\\\\ slope = m\implies \cfrac{\stackrel{rise}{ y_2- y_1}}{\stackrel{run}{ x_2- x_1}}\implies \cfrac{-1-(-5)}{-10-10}\implies \cfrac{-1+5}{-20}\implies \cfrac{4}{-20}\implies -\cfrac{1}{5} \\\\\\ \begin{array}{|c|ll} \cline{1-1} \textit{point-slope form}\\ \cline{1-1} \\ y-y_1=m(x-x_1) \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}\implies y-(-5)=-\cfrac{1}{5}(x-10) \\\\\\ y+5=-\cfrac{1}{5}x+2\implies y=-\cfrac{1}{5}x-3
