The 15th right to due process, right for a free trail
The democrats and republicans have influenced our current political system by sharing most of the same values and views with the American people. As their party members and those who associate themselves tend to lead more toward what the party wants.
The first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution are summarized below.

Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.

Right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia.
