Answer:

you or your parents must be work 85 hours each month to pay the rent.

Step-by-step explanation:

You or your parents are paid per hour = $13.75

Deductions on FICA = 7.65% of 13.75

                                  = 0.0765 × 13.75  =  $1.051875

Federal Tax               = 10% of 13.75

                                  = 0.10 × 13.75  =  $1.375

State tax                    = 7.5% of 13.75

                                  = 0.075 × 13.75 = $1.03125

Total deductions = 1.051875 + 1.375 + 1.03125 = 3.458125

After deductions take out pay/hour = 13.75 - 3.458125 = $10.291875

If the rent is $875/month

Therefore 875 ÷ 10.291875 = 85.018521 rounded to 85 hours.

you or your parents must be work 85 hours each month to pay the rent.

You lose 25.15% of your monthly wage.

You do
13.75 / 100 then multiply by 7.65% and repeat this with 10% and 7.5% and you'll get your money per hour with deductions

This should be $10.295

Then you do $875.00 / $10.295 which should be 84.99 hours

However if you don't use the reductions and taxes it should be around 63.63 hours

Explain using words or drawings how to to write 6/9 in simplest form
Neporo4naja [7]
To reduce down a fraction you can try to find factors that go in both the numerator (top # of fraction) and denominator (bottom #)

So, for 6/9, 3 goes in both of them. When you divide each number by 3 you get:

2/3

Answer:

<h2><em><u>B or the second one</u></em></h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

This is because you have the equation of 2(2/5x + 2).

When you simplify it you have to first do the parenthesis.

So, 2 * 2/5 = 4/5. This is because 2/1 *2/5 is 4/5.

Then you have to do 2*2. This is equal to 4.

Put them together. So it will be.

<h2><u><em>4/5x + 4.</em></u></h2>

Answer:

The population density for the village and the estate together is 112.5 people per square kilometer.

Step-by-step explanation:

The statement is incorrectly written. Correct form is described below:

<em>A village has an area of 6 square kilometers and a population density of 600 people per square kilometer. An estate stituated next to the village has a population of 800 and a population density of 400 people per square kilometer. Work out the population density, in people per square kilometer, for the village and the state together. </em>

Dimensionally speaking, the population density of the village and the estate together (r), measured in people per square kilometer, is defined by this expression:

r = \frac{n_{V}+n_{E}}{A_{V}+A_{E}} (1)

Where:

n_{V}, n_{E} - Population of the village and the estate, measured in people.

A_{V}, A_{E} - Area of the village and the estate, measured in square kilometers.

First, we find the population of the village:

n_{V} = \frac{600\,\frac{p}{km^{2}} }{6\,km^{2}}

n_{V} = 100\,p

Then, we determine the area of the estate:

A_{E} = \frac{800\,p}{400\,\frac{p}{km^{2}} }

A_{E} = 2\,km^{2}

If we know that n_{V} = 100\,p, n_{E} = 800\,p, A_{V} = 6\,km^{2} and A_{E} = 2\,km^{2}, then the population density of the village and the estate together is:

r = \frac{100\,p+800\,p}{6\,km^{2}+2\,km^{2}}

r = 112.5\,\frac{p}{km^{2}}

The population density for the village and the estate together is 112.5 people per square kilometer.
