Humans were the species that originally eliminated the wolves in Yellowstone so that they had to be reintroduced.
I was in the year 1800 that an expansion in an area caused native predators and preys to come close the the domestic livestock. The wolves, being predators, began to feed on the domestic livestock due to its abundance and closeness.
To stop the wolves from feeding om domestic livestock, it were the humans who became the reason for wolves being eliminated. The people in those times were unaware of the natural understanding of ecosystems and hence considered wolves to be a threat.
It was in the 1970's that national awareness was made to protect endangered species. Hence, an effort was the made to reintroduce the wolves into Yellowstone.

A contractile vacuole collects excess water from the cell and release it out, keeping the cell from lysing as it takes on water from extracellular environment which hypotonic (a lower osmolarity than the cell’s cytoplasm) as compared to hypertonic environment inside <em>Paramecium</em>.

The doctors will administer appropriate test in order to determine the type of tumor that is present. If the tumor is non cancerous it will be removed by minor surgery. In case the tumor is cancerous, appropriate treatments will depending on the part of the body where it is found, the stage of growth and nature of the cancerous cells.
