Answer: yes, humans generate a lot of carbon dioxide which increases the greenhouse effect

Explanation:

Earth's climate is affected by the human activities such as deforestation, and burning of fossil fuels. These activities are responsible for release of high amount of greenhouse gas that is carbon dioxide. These gases exhibit a diatomic structure which is responsible for trapping the heat energy from sunlight. The abundance of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will result in the greenhouse effect as instead of reflecting the excess heat back to the space the heat energy retains in the atmosphere resulting in increase in global temperatures.
