a] The percentage of data items that lie below the z-score is given by:

Answer: 99.53%

b] The percentage of data items that lie above the z-score is given by:
1-P(z=2.6)
P(z=2.6)=0.9953
thus
1-P(z=2.6)
=1-0.9953
=0.0047
=0.47%
