Answer : The average distance of venus from the sun in astronomical unit is, 0.72 AU

Solution : Given,

Average distance = (108.2\times 10^6)Km

And the conversion factor is,

1AU=1.5\times 10^8Km

As, 1Km=\frac{1AU}{1.5\times 10^8}

So, (108.2\times 10^6)Km=\frac{1AU}{1.5\times 10^8}\times (108.2\times 10^6)=0.72AU

Therefore, the average distance of venus from the sun in astronomical unit is, 0.72 AU

Answer no 1

Location that experience seasonal sea water freezing have increased salinity in the surrounding seawater during that time.

When water freezes, it form sea ice which expel out salt into surrounding water and increase the salinity of surrounding seawater.

Answer no 2

Location that experience seasonal ice melting have decreased salinity in the surrounding sea water during that time.

Answer no 3

Sample A which has high salinity content and taken from Atlantic ocean represent just east of the Bahamas

Answer no 4

Sample B which has moderate to low salinity is represent off the West coast of Africa near the equator.

Compare how is a histone different from a nucleosome?
Oxana [17]
A histone is a protein that interacts with DNA to coil it into a nucleosome.
A nucleosome is a small unit of DNA coiled around 8 histone proteins.

Therefore, the major difference is that a nucleosome is a small structure and histones are the proteins that help form the structure.

What is mineral ?what are its type
Andre45 [30]

Answer:

In geology and mineralogy, a mineral or mineral species is, broadly speaking, a solid chemical compound with a fairly well-defined chemical composition and a specific crystal structure that occurs naturally in pure form

Explanation:

Silicate Minerals. The first classification of minerals is silicate minerals.

Native Element Minerals. Native elements refer to minerals that only contain the atoms of one type of element.

Carbonate Minerals.

Halide Minerals.

Oxide Minerals.

Mineral nutrients for the human body include: iron, calcium, copper, sulfur, phosphorus, magnesium and many others. An archaic use of the word "mineral" comes from the Linnaean taxonomy in which all things can be assigned to the animal, vegetable, and mineral kingdoms.
