I would say an audience where most people are against gun control. Since Jayla speech is advocating gun control, it would make little sense to speak to people who already agree with her. But I would say that asking audience members who are mostly against gun control to raise their hands if they are in favor, it will most likely separate them from the speaker, which makes them less likely to be persuaded.
