1. The economic factor is involved because India's administrator failed on two things: the promotion of economic growth and population control that made the cycle of poverty. So there is low economic growth and high growth of the population.
The socio-cultural factor is involved because there is diverse factor such as caste, gender discrimination, and social exclusion that supports the world of poverty.
2. i think it depends. I think in some cases economic growth can lead to the reduction of poverty and in other cases, economic growth can lead to the increase in poverty. it depends on the uneveness that are dominant in the economy. Economic growth doesn't have a defenite link to the reduction of poverty.

Translate the active and passive verb pairs: vocamus vocamur (latin)
Rasek [7]

Vocamus is the form of first-person plural present active indicative of the verb, vocare, which is translated in English as “call”. Vocamur is the form of first-person plural present passive indicative of the verb, vocare, which is translated in English as finite form of to be + called (Past Participle).

With foreign languages, especially ones like Latin that are not colloquially used, is sometimes hard to learn the grammar, because it’s not similar to your native language. Some grammatical rules you have to first memorize to understand it better overtime. My advice is to write all conjunctions on paper and all the rules about building them. You should write infinitive base and then suffix and mare them in different colors. It’s a lot easier if you learn similar conjunctions as one group and use different colors to help you remember them.
