Protein group - poultry ,fish, beef, and any other meat from animals you can think of. 

Vegetable group - leek, kale, spinach, bell pepper, etc. 

Grain group - different grains such as barley, wheat, rye, etc.

Dairy - milk and cheese for example.

Bloodletting is the process of removing some parts of the blood and most commonly done for therapeutic reasons. But when bloodletting that is done by leeches, it is definitely not a good technique as this could bring more harm than good to the person.
