This is stupid I know lol but I'm having a hard time remembering the difference between a histogram and a bar graph. Can someone
Y_Kistochka [10]

<u>In Bar Graphs;</u>

- Bars have equal space

- One the y-axis, we have numbers & on the x-axis, we have data which can be anything.

<u> In Histograms;</u>

- Bars are fixed

- On the y-axis, we have numbers & and on the x-axis, we have data which in continuous & will always be number.

<u>An easy way you can remember the difference is looking at the spaces of the bars. </u>

<em>A bar graph has gaps</em>

<em>A histogram has no gaps.</em>

Answer:

Answer for the question :

Consider the optimization problem where A m × n , m ≥ n , and b m .

a. Show that the objective function for this problem is a quadratic function, and write down the gradient and Hessian of this quadratic.

b. Write down the fixed-step-size gradient algorithm for solving this optimization problem.

c. Suppose that Find the largest range of values for α such that the algorithm in part b converges to the solution of the problem.

The age of three sisters are consecutive integers. The sum of their ages is 45. Calculate their ages.
Ivanshal [37]
Consecutive means right after each other like 1, 2, 3, 4...so if the first sister is x old, then sister 2 is (x+1) old and sister 3 is (x+2) old.  So make an equation that says x+(x+1)+(x+2)=45.  Simplify and solve for x (get x alone.)
