The 23rd Vice President of the United States of America is Adlai Ewing Stevenson I. He was the vice president between <span>March 4, 1893 and March 4, 1897. He was the Vice president durign the presidency of President Grover Cleveland, but he also ran during Jennings' campaign as a VP meaning he ran with 2 different people during his lifetime.</span>
