A person with type O blood can not receive any other blood type besides type O

Explanation:

Blood types are classified according to the antigens present on the surface of blood cells. They can be A, B, AB or O. For example: Type A has A antigen present on blood cells and will not consider it as a foreign particle. But it will consider type B antigen as foreign and will produce antibodies against it hence it can not receive blood type B.

Type O person has no antigen on blood cell's surface. Both antigens A and B will be treated as foreign particle by these blood cells and antibodies will be made against them rejecting the transfusion. Hence, only type O blood can be given to type O person.
