We know S(n) = n/2 [ 2a + (n-1)d ]
Here, n = 25
a = -7
d = -2-(-7) = -2+7 = 5

Substitute their values,
S(25) = 25/2 [2(-7) + (25-1)5 ]
S(25) = 25/2 [-14 + 120 ]
S(25) = 25/2 [106 ]
S(25) = 25 [ 53 ]
S(25) = 1325

In short, Your Answer would be 1325

Hope this helps!

Castroville Street and Vindale Avenue intersect. If the diagonal distance across the intersection is 10 meters and Castroville S
butalik [34]

Answer:

The length of Vindale Avenue = x = AB = 6 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given data

Diagonal distance AC = 10 m

BC = length of castroville Street = 8 m

Let  the length of Vindale Avenue = x

Thus a Δ ABC is formed.

From the Δ ABC

AC^{2} = AB^{2} + BC^{2}

10^{2} = x^{2}  + 8^{2}

x^{2}  = 100 - 64

x^{2} = 36

x = 6 m

Therefore the length of Vindale Avenue = x = AB = 6 m

marco needs to buy some cat food. At the nearest store, 3 bags of cat food cost 13.50. How much would Marco spend on 5 bags of c
eimsori [14]

Answer:

$22.50

Step-by-step explanation:

if 3 bags of cat food = 13.50, divide 13.5 by 3 to get the cost of one bag, which is $4.50.

since hes getting 5, we can use 13.50 once and then the price of one bag (4.5) twice for the other two.

so that would be 13.5 + 4.5 + 4.5 = $22.50

hope this helped :)

What is the simplified form of the expression? (2x^6) (3x ^ 1/2) A. 6x ^ 13/ 2 B. 5x ^ 13/2 c. 5x3 d. 6x3
Blizzard [7]
The given expression is (2x⁶)(3x^1/2)
Now, multiply 2 with 3, the expression becomes 6.x⁶.x^1/2
Now, as the base is same, add the exponents:
The expression becomes 6x^13/2

The option A is correct
