.)Desert biome is the driest biome in the world, it only receives 10% of rainfall a year. Its plants and animals have to survive in an environment with little water and dramatic temperature changes from day to night.
.)Tropical rainforest covers about ⅓ of the earth's land surface. They are dominates by trees and contains many different plants and animals. It takes in the carbon dioxide that we exhale and gives off the oxygen we breathe in, making them really important to our survival.
.) Tundra is the treeless plain. Trees cannot survive in this biome because of the cold temperatures, high winds, and heavy snowfall, as well as the permafrost, a layer of permanently frozen soil.
.) Grassland biome is filled with grasses, the length of the grass and the number of trees vary depending on the amount of rainfall.
.) Temperate deciduous forest are the ones that periodically shed their leaves, grows in well watered parts of the temperate zone in which a long, warm growing season alternates with a cold winter. Precipitation, as either rain or snow tends to fall throughout the year.
