In the Section Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 , also known as OSH Act employees are given protection against the termination of their job contract (job security on the mere issues of raising a health and safety issue with the employer or participating in inspection drill of OSHA, or complaining against the employer with OSHA team under the jurisdiction of OSHA Act.
